Your training with us:
Dive into the exciting world of fish farming and turn your hobby into a career! As an aspiring fish farmer (m/f/d), you will receive comprehensive training in a traditional yet future-oriented craft. You can choose between three specializations:
- Fish Farming and Fish Breeding: You will take care of the rearing, nurturing, and marketing of fish in pond facilities.
- Lake and River Fishing: Here, you will work on inland waters, catch fish, and ensure the preservation of natural fish stocks.
- Small-scale Deep-sea and Coastal Fishing: You will fish on the high seas and learn sustainable fishing in coastal areas.
The training lasts 3 years and is conducted in a dual system – both in our company and at the vocational school.
What you bring:
- Interest in fish, nature, and waters
- Physical fitness and enjoyment of working outdoors
- Manual skills and technical understanding
- No problem with getting up early or working outside in all weather conditions
- Teamwork ability and sense of responsibility
- At least a lower secondary school leaving certificate
